Characteristics and introduction of acrylic yarn

     Acrylic yarn has unique excellent characteristics like wool, soft handle, good bulkiness and good elasticity. It feels and looks like wool, so it is called "artificial wool".

     Acrylic yarn and wool yarn complement each other in characteristics. Wool nitrile blended fabric is easy to obtain a strong wool shape after fuzzing and flanging. If it is processed with damp heat, the moisture absorption performance of the fiber will be enhanced, and the environmental temperature will change abruptly. The moisture absorption integral heat released by the fiber will heat up the fiber. These heat will be transferred to the whole set of clothing, which will buffer and protect the cold and heat of the human body. Acrylic sweater is usually woven with acrylic bulky yarn. It has a strong sense of wool shape, bright color, light and soft texture, and the moisture regain is only 0-4.5. The breaking strength of fiber is higher than that of wool fiber, which will not be eaten by insects, but its elastic recovery rate is lower than wool, and its warmth retention is not as good as pure wool sweater. It is cheap, but easy to pilling, which is suitable for children's clothing. Recently, in the international market, the imitation rabbit wool yarn blended with acrylic and nylon and the modified acrylic imitation mohair yarn can be comparable with rabbit hair and mohair clothing.
